The staff was very, very nice and welcoming providing the information. Location: the hotel was not far from all main attractions and the pantheon and trevi fountain and the famous landmarks. Again, an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain was within easy reach. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met what we needed, can recommend it.

From skeptic to believer
The hotel itself is fine, boasting rich historical interiors and really good service that genuinely cares for your comfort. The staff were very good too.
Unfortunately, some street noise did disrupt our sleep, and the air conditioning left much to be desired, making the room uncomfortably warm at times.

Noise from nearby streets during early mornings is quite bothersome!!! Refreshing the air conditioning would enhance guest comfort significantly!!!

would definitely book here again
The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Pantheon. Our room had air conditioning, a tv, and a coffee machine. The bed was extra long and super comfortable. Breakfast was a treat with fresh pastries. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help! Spa facilities were also nice to unwind after a long day.

We spent three wonderful nights in a Superior Double Room. The elegant decor and cozy atmosphere made our getaway special. While I wished for a classic Italian breakfast with meats and cheeses, the overall experience was fantastic! Pro tip, Enjoy a sunset stroll nearby for magical views.

Fine design with really good service
The room we had featured amazing historic architecture with beautifully carved ceilings, perfectly blending modern amenities. The breakfast was good, especially the freshly baked pastries, and the location was convenient for exploring major attractions. My only suggestion would be to provide complimentary bottled water in the rooms.
